Course Spotlight: Project Management - Teams, Tools & Techniques Students learn the concepts of Project Management while applying those concepts to their real work environment.  In fact, they will establish the beginnings of project plans for a real project in progress or one they may be anticipating.  This course works best when a minimum of five students from the same company or organization attend and participate together.
